Job Description
  • Approval coordinator experience(IP&OP)
  • Entering signed Network agreements between Insurance Companies and UHS in the Hospital software.
  • Verifying the requests from doctors based on medical conditions.
  • Taking approvals for requests that require approvals.
  • Processing claims in the system on daily basis.
  • Auditing the invoices before sending them to Insurance Companies.
  • Preparing claims submission statements on monthly basis for submitting invoices to Insurance Companies.
  • Deducting the payments from the statement of each Insurance Company.
  • Coordinating with Insurance Companies for queries related to medical claims.
  • Reconciling the claims that are short-paid/ rejected with valid medical reports.
  • Coordinating with doctors for medical reports and queries from Insurance Companies.
  • Informing the patients after receiving the approvals.
  • Medical background
  •  Arabic speaking (preferred)
